Sciex seminar series at LSU: metabolomics
We are happy to announce another activity promoted by the LAMSDG. Sciex, will host a seminar lunch at LSU about small molecule mass spectrometry. The event is co-sponsored by the LSU Office of Research and Economic Development (ORED)
Where: LSU Digital Media Center Theatre, 340 E Parker Blvd, Baton Rouge (see on the map)
When: Tuesday, October 9th, 12 PM- 1.30 PM
Matt Scaley (Advanced Workflow Specialist) will talk about targeted and non-targeted metabolomics strategies while Mackenzie Pearson (Application Specialist) will talk about new approaches to global lipidomics profiling.

This event will also serve as an opportunity to discuss mass spectrometry related efforts in Louisiana.

The LAMSDG dinner will be Wednesday, March 21st at 6.30 pm at the Little Gem Saloon, which is located at 445 S Rampart St, at the corner of Poydras Street. If you plan to walk there from the Convention Center, it takes about 20-25 minutes.
